A real question before a keyword
Each page must answer a distinct question a visitor is actually asking. We do not make a new page merely because the same phrase can be spelled with a space, a hyphen or a typo. If two proposed pages give essentially the same answer, we combine them. The article should state its answer early, then add examples, limitations or decision criteria that help the reader act. Search terms help us discover questions; they do not determine what we claim or how many pages we create.
