A large number can still represent little use
“More coins” sounds concrete, but it does not tell you how many messages, minutes or features the balance supports. The product must show or explain consumption. Do not invent a per-minute value from the pack size alone.
A bonus label also needs a baseline. Check whether the displayed comparison uses the same currency and whether tax or processor charges appear later. A highlighted pack is a presentation choice, not evidence that it suits your use.
- Pack price
- The money charged at checkout in the displayed currency.
- Credit amount
- The internal balance added after a successful purchase.
- Consumption
- How a feature reduces the balance; verify in the live product.
- VIP
- A separate item whose benefits and duration require their own terms.

Buy for a planned use, not a mood
If you have not used a paid feature, the smallest commitment limits the cost of discovering that it is not useful. Repeat users can compare effective unit cost only after confirming the unit is consumed in the same way across packs.
Do not chase a larger pack because a timer, badge or “best” label creates urgency. Check refund eligibility and expiration first. Take a screenshot or keep the receipt showing the offer you actually accepted.

After purchase
Separate payment success from balance delivery
A bank authorization, payment receipt and in-product balance are related but separate records. If the payment completed and the balance did not update, avoid buying repeatedly. Record the time, transaction reference, displayed account and current balance.
Contact official support without sending the full card number or a one-time code. If the purchase appears under another platform or merchant, use the receipt to identify the correct support route.
