Payment support · evidence checklist

A clean record makes billing help faster.

Repeated payment attempts and screenshots full of private data make a simple problem harder to explain.

SHORT ANSWER

Stop repeat attempts, keep the receipt and transaction reference, identify the account and offer, describe the expected and actual result, and use the official support route shown by the merchant or processor.

Refund eligibility depends on current terms, law, processor and purchase channel. This page does not promise an outcome.
01

Identify the problem

Charge, delivery and eligibility are different questions

A pending authorization may disappear without becoming a settled charge. A settled payment can exist while the in-product balance is delayed. A delivered item can still be subject to a refund request. Describe which event occurred rather than calling all three a failed payment.

Check the receipt for merchant, amount, currency, date and transaction reference. Use the account identifier visible in the product. Never include the full card number, password or verification code.

Pending charge
Bank or wallet shows authorization; settlement may not be complete.
Missing item
Payment completed but credits or access are not visible.
Duplicate charge
Two settled transactions appear for one intended purchase.
Refund request
Item was delivered but you are asking whether reversal is available.

Build the request

Include facts in one message

State the route, account, offer, date, time zone, amount and what the product displayed after payment. Attach a cropped receipt that keeps the merchant and transaction reference while hiding unrelated purchases and sensitive payment details.

If the screen showed an error, quote the exact wording. Explain whether you retried. A support team can follow a sequence more easily than several messages that each add one missing fact.

  1. 1
    Stop repeat purchases

Prevent a missing balance from becoming duplicate charges.

  2. 2
    Collect the receipt

Keep merchant, date, amount, currency and reference.

  3. 3
    Describe expected versus actual

Say what the offer promised and what the account received.

  4. 4
    Use official support

Follow the merchant or processor named on the receipt.

Escalate carefully

A dispute is a financial step, not a chat tactic

If official support cannot resolve a settled unauthorized or duplicate charge, contact the payment provider using its documented process. Keep copies of the request and response. Chargeback rights and consequences vary, so use accurate information.

A stranger who offers recovery for a fee may be running another scam. Do not provide remote access or codes. Refund help should not require sending money to an individual.
