Technical help · ordered diagnosis

Change one thing, then test again.

A frozen call and a blocked camera can look similar. An ordered check prevents a simple permission issue from turning into twenty random changes.

SHORT ANSWER

Identify whether the whole page, the match, audio or video failed. Check network and service response, then permission, device selection, browser state and account access in that order.

The page describes a diagnostic method. It does not claim a public uptime status or a guaranteed fix.
01

Name the failure

Start with the smallest accurate symptom

“It does not work” can mean the page never loads, matching waits, video is black, sound is silent or checkout rejects an action. Write down the exact stage and visible message. Test whether an ordinary information page opens before changing camera settings.

If the entire site fails on more than one device and network, a service issue is more plausible. If text works but video does not, focus on permission, bandwidth and camera use.

Test in order

Use a clean sequence

Switching networks can reveal a weak connection, but do not use public Wi-Fi for sensitive account or payment work. Close duplicate tabs and other call apps. Reload once after a permission change. An updated normal browser is a better test than an embedded browser inside another app.

Avoid clearing all browser data first because it removes useful state and creates new sign-in variables. Use a private window only as a controlled comparison, understanding that device permissions and third-party sign-in may behave differently.

  1. 1
    Network

Load another trusted site and compare Wi-Fi with mobile data if appropriate.

  2. 2
    Permission

Check this site and operating-system access.

  3. 3
    Device

Select the intended camera or microphone and close competing apps.

  4. 4
    Browser

Restart, update and test the normal browser.

Ask for help safely

Send facts, never secrets

Useful support information includes time, browser, operating system, route, action and exact error. A cropped screenshot can help when it excludes names, messages, payment data and participants.

Official support should not need your password or one-time code. Do not install remote-control software at the request of another participant. If a purchase is involved, keep the receipt and transaction reference rather than sending the full card number.
